At Trinity Herbal Apothecary, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Please review the following policy before placing an order.

 

Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods or special launches, processing times may vary.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Trinity Herbal Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact us at
sarabeth@trinityherbalapothecary.com within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging.

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make arrangements to send the correct product.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped.

Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

Handcrafted Product Policy

Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our botanical goods and for reasons of hygiene and safety, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products, soaps, salves, or similar personal care items.

In-Person Sales (Events & Markets)

All items purchased in person at markets, pop-ups, or events are sold “as is.” These purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

Skin Sensitivities & Allergies

 

We provide full ingredient lists for every product. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to purchase.

If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Individual reactions may vary. Trinity Herbal Apothecary is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from product use.

If you experience an unexpected reaction, please discontinue use and contact us — your feedback is important to us.
