By purchasing from Trinity Herbal Apothecary, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a positive experience for all customers.
All products are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur and are not considered defects.
Trinity Herbal Apothecary reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are accepted only if the item is broken, leaking, or damaged upon receipt.

A photo of the damaged item is required to process any return, exchange, or refund.

Returns based on personal preference (including dissatisfaction with scent, color, or texture) will not be accepted.

If you have questions about scent prior to purchasing, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

If a return is approved due to damage, Trinity Herbal Apothecary will cover the cost of return shipping.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for any reason.

For approved damaged items, customers may choose an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.
Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Orders containing in-stock items will ship within 3 business days.

Any order placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed as a next business day order.

Shipping rates displayed at checkout apply to deliveries within the lower 48 United States.
