By accessing or purchasing from our website, https://www.trinityherbalapothecary.com, or through our mobile application (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. General Information

Trinity Herbal Apothecary (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers handcrafted, small-batch botanical products for personal use. All products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

2. Product Information & Availability

All products are handmade in small batches. As a result:

  • Product appearance may vary slightly from photos.

  • Inventory is limited and subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

 

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors.

  • We do not store or process credit card information directly.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent.

 

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped.

Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.

 

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Handcrafted Product Policy

Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our botanical goods and for reasons of hygiene and safety, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products, soaps, salves, or similar items.

Damaged Items (Online Orders)

If your order arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact us at
sarabeth@trinityherbalapothecary.com within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the damaged package or product.

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us promptly. We will arrange to send the correct product as soon as possible.

In-Person Sales (Events & Markets)

Items purchased in person at markets, pop-ups, or events are sold “as is” and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

6. Skin Sensitivities & Allergies

We provide full ingredient lists for all products. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase.

If you have sensitive skin or known allergies:

  • Perform a patch test before full use.

  • Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Individual reactions can vary. Trinity Herbal Apothecary is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from product use. However, we welcome feedback and encourage customers to contact us with concerns.

 

7. Intended Use & Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Statements made about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using herbal or botanical products if you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app — including text, images, logos, product names, and designs — is the property of Trinity Herbal Apothecary and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity Herbal Apothecary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services.
